You may report any claim directly to our Claim Service Center at 916-482-9600 or 1-800-482-9007. Our staff will explain the claims process to you so you know what to expect. They can put you in contact with auto body shops or restoration companies in your area who can help you immediately. In many cases, claims can be resolved with just this one phone call.

If you are involved in an auto accident, obtain the following information:

Name and address of each driver, passenger and witness.
Name of insurance company and policy number for each vehicle involved.
Do not make a statement regarding the accident except to local authorities or our company representative.
